 This is not a myth I have followed this plan and I lost 11 pound in 11 days

my stomach was getting flatter each day. You eat four meals a day and you get to each as much as you want. I know it's hard to believe but it's true I was full and contented and the weight was dropping off me.

Do not spend hours on the cross trainer because you are going to be burning carbohydrates and not fat. If you brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes a day then you will burn off the fat.

I love my new weight and I have not worn this size jeans since I was in school, and that is going back a few years.
